Videoline's VH6208-SAN is an 8-channel 1U network video recorder that takes two SATA drives up to 16TB. It plays back all eight channels at once in real time, decodes H.264 and MJPEG, and has two USB 3.0 ports alongside HDMI and VGA output. ONVIF 2.4 conformance lets it record other makers' IP cameras as well as Videoline's.
An NVR records IP cameras over the network. Every Videoline NVR conforms to ONVIF, so it records other makers' IP cameras as well as Videoline's.
