Specifications
- Hardware Compression: Most DVR cards send raw images to the PC and compress them in the PC's memory, so adding cameras directly affects performance. The HD Series performs compression in its own memory and sends the processed image to the PC, reducing the PC's workload and ensuring optimum performance irrespective of camera numbers.
- Flexibility: Supports up to 64 channels in one system. 8 ch and 16 ch cards can be combined to work together, making expansion convenient and cost effective.
- H.264 Compression: Uses H.264 compression (MPEG-4 Part 10), offering superior picture quality with remarkably smaller file size.
- Quad-Plex: Simultaneous record, live view / playback, backup and network. Recording continues in the background whatever you watch on screen, and the system can be accessed from a client computer via internet or LAN.
- Live Recording: Recording frame rate of 25 fps per camera (PAL) / 30 fps per camera (NTSC). Image quality and frame rate are adjustable individually for each camera.
- Motion Detection: Recording can be activated on motion, saving disk space and review time. The system can also trigger an alarm and send a snapshot by email.
- Recording Modes: Manual, continuous, schedule, event (motion detection) and multi-zone motion detection is available simultaneously.
